Halloween is Coming!

Try the Jack-o-Lantern pose this coming month of October. Kids love to make spooky faces, and this pose actually exercises their facial muscles!

Have your child sit in easy pose, breathing in and out through their nose. Next have them interlace their hands above their heads and pretend they are a Jack-o-Lantern, making a ghoulish grin with their mouths.
