Knot Yoga Posture

Try this fun pose called the Knot to naturally unwind:                                 

On my belly I lie.
The Knot Pose is so easy,
I hardly have to try.
With arms crossed in front of me and legs stretched out behind,
                                                                I focus straight ahead.
                                                                What a great way to unwind!
