The top 3 reasons which may explain this increase are:
  1. More and more parents are practicing yoga, and their kids want to imitate them. Yoga is a natural way to relieve stress and gain physical activity at the same time. Parents are important forces for change in their children's behavior, and yoga is a great opportunity for parents and kids to do something together -- each motivating each other toward attaining a fit body and calm mind.
