International Kids' Yoga Day: April 8, 2016

On Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11:00 am, yoga teachers, schools, parents, and other organizations will take time to celebrate our youth and their physical/mental fitness by practicing 5 minutes of yoga with them.

The aim of Kids' Yoga Day is to bring as many people together as possible, both nationally and internationally, to build a community of yogis who will inspire and empower children to live their fullest potential through the practice of yoga.

Ambassadors of Kids' Yoga Day will help spread the word about this global event, and we will be giving them information about how to do this. To sign up to be an ambassador click here.
