From a seated position,
I bend my knees and open my legs wide.
I am becoming a shy turtle,
Carrying a shell in which to hide.
With my feet flat on the floor,
I bring my arms under my knees.
Looking down toward my belly,
I count, "One-two-three!"
Then slowly lifting my head out of my shell,
I look up and see that
The world around me is swell.
This is such a wonderful idea! it something im quite interested in trying with my daughter.

I have been looking for something like this! Thanks for posting.Kids are a total chaos after coming back from school but their energies can be utilised to make them physically, mentally and spiritually sound by our after school programs for kids which is a yoga class with meditation, brain gym, pranayama, etc..
