DAY 1: Celebrate the holiday season with the 12 YOGA poses of Christmas

Peace, Joy, and Love abound at Christmas time, so why not use these words to help both kids and adults understand the true meaning of the holidays by incorporating them into a daily family yoga practice.

Start with P and Pretzel pose, using  the first part of The 12 Days of Christmas Song.

On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me, the pretzel pose to twist and feel free.
